    Harmor Window Cleaning – Refund & Satisfaction Policy

    At Harmor Window Cleaning, our mission is simple: to deliver exceptional service that leaves every pane spotless and every customer smiling. We pride ourselves on attention to detail, professionalism, and doing the job right the first time. While we don't offer "returns" in the traditional sense—since window cleaning is a service, not a product—we do have a clear and honest refund and satisfaction policy designed to give you peace of mind.

    💯 Our Satisfaction Guarantee

    We stand behind our work. If you're not fully satisfied with the quality of your service, we want to hear about it—and we’ll make it right.

    • If something was missed or not cleaned to your expectations, simply contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We'll happily schedule a time to come back and address the issue at no additional cost.
    • If you are still unsatisfied after the follow-up visit, we will review the situation carefully. In rare cases where we are unable to resolve the concern, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the nature of the concern and the work performed.

    ⚠️ What’s Not Covered

    While we always aim to deliver perfect results, there are a few situations where refunds or touch-ups may not apply:

    • Glass defects such as hard water stains, scratches, or broken seals (fogging between panes) that cannot be removed through cleaning.
    • Weather-related changes after service is completed. We do our best to schedule around rain, but we cannot guarantee spotless glass if weather conditions change after your appointment.
    • Obstructions or inaccessibility (e.g., locked areas, aggressive pets, unsafe ladder conditions) that prevent us from completing agreed-upon work. We'll always communicate clearly and do our best to work with you.
