1. Window Cleaning Technician (Primary Hire)

Harmor Window Cleaning is not a “guy with a ladder” operation. We run a tight, professional, high-standard service business—and we’re growing. If you want predictable work, clean systems, and a crew that actually cares about doing things right, keep reading.

We clean windows the right way. We show up on time. We communicate clearly. We leave homes better than we found them. Simple, but rare.

The Role:

• Work by yourself somedays and with a 2-person crew completing residential and small commercial window and gutter cleaning.
• Interior and exterior window cleaning using professional tools and methods following the harmor protocol.
• Set up ladders safely and efficiently without a helping hand.
• Communicate politely and professionally with homeowners.
• Follow checklists and quality standards every job.

Who This Is For:

1. You take pride in your work and don’t cut corners.
2. You’re comfortable with ladders and working outdoors and indoors.
3. You’re reliable—if you say you’ll be there, you are.
4. You don’t need babysitting and can follow systems.
5. You are physcically fit, able to carry 70 pounds occassionally but often when it's out, stand all day, go from your knees to your tips of toes without issues.
6. You are kind, care about people and their stuff, want to make a difference in peoples lives in a simple way.
7. Have a car, valid drivers license and like to drive.

3. who can't get their clothing dirty.
4. who don't like sweat, heat, cold, humidity, wetness.
5. who don't like their hands wet.
6. who can't keep their arms at shoulder or above shoulder majority of the time.

8. who don't care about people and their stuff.
9. who show up late or disappear.
10. who want to “wing it” instead of following a system.
